This 4 bedroom home in Rosemary Beach has been newly remodeled and now boasts a private pool!
The main house is built around a GRAND spiral staircase. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a King size bed, private master bathroom, and designer furnishings. The second bedroom on the 1st floor has 2 bunk beds (a total of 4 twin beds) and a private bathroom with walk in shower.
On the 2nd floor, you will find the main living areas. Adorned with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a flat screen TV, the kitchen is the place to entertain and cook a chef's meal. The living area is decorated in beachy blues and sandy neutrals by a local designer.
At the top of the staircase, you will find a master suite on the 3rd floor. This room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and a perfect lofty feel.
Just outside of the main house is the NEW private pool! Just finished in May, this pool and grilling area is the place to be.
